Legal and Returns Policy

At Peak & Edge, we take pride in creating original mountain-inspired décor. We are committed to protecting our designs, respecting our customers' privacy and providing a fair and transparent shopping experience.

Our Designs and Intellectual Property

All original product designs, photographs, artwork, branding and written content displayed on this website belong to Peak & Edge or are used with permission.

Our designs and content may be protected by copyright, registered design rights and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial use of our designs or website content is prohibited, except where permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Products should be returned in their original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs when changing their mind. Due to the size and weight of our mountain décor, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Once we receive your return, or receive evidence that it has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method. Refunds will include the standard original delivery charge where required by law.

We may make a deduction if the item's value has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Every Peak & Edge product is carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have legal protections for faulty products, including rights that may extend beyond the initial 14-day returns period.

Natural Variations

Our mountain décor is designed to reflect the natural beauty and character of mountain landscapes.

Minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur between individual pieces.

Natural wooden bases may also feature differences in grain, colour, knots and edges. These characteristics are part of the individuality of each product and are not automatically considered defects.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Customer Privacy

At Peak & Edge, we respect your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

Information provided when placing an order may be used to process payments, arrange deliveries, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations.

We use trusted service providers where necessary to operate our online store.

For full information about how your personal data is collected, used, stored and protected, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy.

Contact Us

If you have any questions about your order, returns or our policies, please contact Peak & Edge through our website's Contact page.

We aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Return Postage and Heavy Items

Due to the size and weight of our mountain décor, some products may weigh between 20–25 kg and require specialist packaging and courier services.

If you choose to return an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs.

Estimated return postage costs: [Insert estimated cost or maximum reasonable estimate for each applicable product.]

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service and securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, Peak & Edge will cover reasonable return delivery costs where required by UK consumer law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
